Senior Business Analyst
Digital instructor is looking for an experienced business analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with management and the product team to measure and evaluate our Internet marketing programs including customer LTV. Additionally, you will help manage relationships with external partners in the area of credit card billing and processing. Your primary objectives will be to ensure our marketing budget is being spent profitably and our credit card billing and processing relationships remain strong and productive. Our ideal candidate is very analytical and has experience working with other teams across a company to drive strong business results. Specific experience in Internet marketing, specifically in e-commerce or a related area is a plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years accounting or business analysis experience
Experience in the credit card billing and processing industry is a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability (must know MS Excel very well)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external constituents
